All items are sold in great condition unless otherwise stated. We will describe each item as best as we can. Returns gladly accepted if item is not as described and only if not as described!
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Certain glass items have manufacturing defects such as: Tiny bubbles, straw mark, burns, sickness, etc. We do not consider these damage. If any item has obvious manufactures defects that distracts from the piece we will post it in our description. All items look exactly like the photos and we do not enhance our photos.
A 14 % BUYERS PREMIUM WILL ONLY APPLY TO ALL AUCTION FLEX INTERNET BIDDING. There is no buyers premium if using the online bid form.

Buyer pays actual shipping and handling costs. As a convenience to winning bidders, Burns Auction Service will package your items for a per item HANDLING fee.

Prices are per item based on approximate size and weight. Please remember, we only charge actual USPS and Fedex shipping charges plus handling fee as described above.
Preferred shipping providers are USPS and Fedex Ground. Winning bidders are required to purchase shipping insurance on all packages and they will be shipped with a tracking number.
Burns Auction Service WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for loss or damages caused by shipping or packaging. There will be no returns or refunds. Burns Auction Service will assist in providing necessary paperwork for you to file a claim with the shipping provider.
Arrangements may be made for local pick up at certain auctions.
If any damage is found on any item during live online bidding, said item will be passed as unavailable for purchase. In case of tie bid between live participants and online bidder, live participants will retain precedence. When online bids are bid against floor bids, the auctioneer’s declaration of the winning bid is final.
Burns Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or failures to execute bids placed via Internet Platforms including without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection to the internet or to any hosted software platforms; (ii) a breakdown or technical problem with any of the hosted software platforms; (iii) a breakdown or problem with a client’s internet connection, mobile network or computer; (iv) the failure to relay the bids placed for any reason without limitation due to the hectic nature of the live auction event. Burns Auction Service is not responsible for any failure to execute any online bids or for any errors or omissions in connection therewith
* Phone bids will be accepted only for items that had a estimated selling price of $500 or more.
